1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 77moneyfest website, mobile platform, games, services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 77moneyfest Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77moneyfest will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

77moneyfest reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4 KYC & Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations, 77moneyfest requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

Acceptable forms of identification include valid Philippine government-issued documents such as:

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 77moneyfest are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

7 Gameplay Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;

• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer games;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems;

9 Responsible Gaming

77moneyfest is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We offer the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a single session.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77moneyfest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77moneyfest makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its games or services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Amendments
